Dear Shawn:

I just wanted to thank you and Bill for building such a great home for my family and me. We have been in the house for almost six months and we absolutely love the house.

The buying process was wonderful. I think we negotiated a fair deal for both parties. Even though we were on a short time-frame to close on this house, you completed our upgrades quickly and they more than met our expectations.

I appreciate that we were not nickeled and dimed to death on the upgrades. The price we agreed to is what we paid and the

quality of the upgrades were perfect.

We have built and sold many new homes. I can honestly say this is one of the best homes we have ever owned. Your attention to detail was refreshing. The quality of the workmanship was superb. Your follow up after the sale has been very timely and we love our home.

As you probably recall we like buying new homes. I can honestly say we look forward to building our next home and having you as our builder.
